Our Story

A trusted circle for your family. Built on Trust and Belonging.

What is Kinship?

Kinship is the oldest idea humans have about family. The small circle of people you belong to, and who belong to you. The few you trust without being asked to.

A kinship is not chosen for size. It is chosen for trust.

We borrowed the word because it describes exactly what we do. Every educator in the Kinship circle has been chosen by us, by hand, and we stand behind every introduction we make.

About Kinship

Kinship is a curated network of experienced educators with UK and International experience, currently working at top private schools across the UAE. We support learners across KS1 (5 to 7 years), KS2 (7 to 11 years), KS3 (11 to 14 years), and KS4 / GCSE (14 to 16 years).

Every educator on our Roster is chosen by us, by hand. Families do not browse a list; they are introduced to the one person we believe is right for them, matched on capability, character, schedule, and family fit. This is not a platform. It is a small, considered network of people we would happily welcome into our own homes.

Kinship begins with education and, in time, will grow with the families it serves into Care, Active, and Household. One standard. One circle. One name a family can call.

The Manifesto

There are two ways to bring someone into your family's life.

You can scroll through hundreds of profiles. Read reviews from strangers. Message back and forth with someone you have never met. And hope.

Or you can be introduced.

Kinship exists because some choices deserve more than a search result. The person who will teach your child, care for your home, train your son, or drive your daughter to school is not a booking. They are an introduction. They should feel like one.

The word kinship has carried the same meaning for as long as families have existed: the small circle of people you belong to, and who belong to you. Not the largest network. Not the cheapest. The right one.

We believe the home is sacred ground.

We believe families deserve to be known, not matched.

We believe a great educator, a great carer, a great specialist should arrive with intention, not surface in a search.

We believe small, considered circles outlast big anonymous ones.

We believe the best introduction is the one that lasts for years.

So we built a smaller thing, on purpose.

We meet every educator, carer, and specialist before they meet you. The ones we keep are the ones we would welcome into our own homes.

That, in the end, is the only standard worth keeping.

Welcome to the circle.
